At One Albania, compliance is more than a requirement—it’s a core value. We are committed to upholding all applicable laws, our Code of Ethical Conduct, and internal policies to ensure transparency, integrity, and professionalism in everything we do.

Commitment to Compliance

Ensuring compliance is a top priority for our Management Team and Board of Directors. Our approach is built on key principles, including Integrity, Agility, Competence, Caring, Innovation, and Go Beyond.

To uphold these values, we have implemented a Compliance Management System (CMS) that applies to all employees and management. This system helps us mitigate risks, prevent legal issues, and safeguard the interests of our employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders.

How We Ensure Compliance

Our Compliance Management System is supported by strong leadership and a dedicated workforce. To ensure its effectiveness, it undergoes regular reviews by independent external auditors, certified by TÜV Austria under ISO 37001:2016 for Anti-Bribery Management Systems and ISO 37301:2021 for Compliance Management Systems.

Key Elements of Our CMS

1. Prevention of Misconduct & Compliance Training

  • We educate employees on risks related to corruption, fraud, data misuse, financial misrepresentation, and confidential information leaks.
  • Employees have direct communication channels to seek guidance on the Code of Ethical Conduct and internal policies.

2. Whistleblowing & Reporting Violations

  • Employees and third parties can report concerns anonymously or by name through multiple channels.
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
  • Reports can be submitted via mail, email, telephone, or through our Electronic Whistleblowing Form.

The Code of Ethical Conduct of ONE Albania SHA comprises a set of general principles of professional ethics and basic rules of conduct by which the Company’s Management and Employees should be guided regardless of their position in the Company.
