Irida Bonati

Irida was graduated in Business Administration, major in Management (2003) from the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, and 2nd level Master Degree, MBA (2016), from the University of Tirana and University of Nebraska cooperation. Irida’s career has been developing in the telecom industry starting from year 2003, in AMC as Head of HR for about 5 years.She joined Eagle Mobile in 2008 as a Head of HR and contributed in this role until 2012. In 2012 after merger of Eagle Mobile and ALBtelecom, she was assigned as HR Director of the consolidated Company. In March 2022 Irida has been assigned as Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer of ALBtelecom responsible for Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Health and Safety, Administrative Affairs, Security, Property management, Real Estate Leasing and Renting, Administrative Affairs Assets’ Management, Assets’ Insurance, Quality Management, Local Government Tax Management and Relations and Site Acquisition management. In July 2022 she was appointed as Deputy CEO and Chief HR Officer of the consolidated company.
