ONE offers ONE FIX, fixed telephony service dedicated to business and post-paid customers. The fixed telephony handset is offered by ONE which works by including a SIM card.

The One subscriber is provided with a fixed number in every ONE store, which he/she can use immediately, without installation, in the respective residence.

• To activate the ONE Fix service, the subscriber can go to every ONE store with an identification document.
• He/she must as well specify the municipality/administrative unit, and the correct address of residence.
• After determining the location, the subscriber will be provided with a fixed number, a SIM card, and a headset.
• To activate the headset, the card must first be placed in the device, and then turned on to make the first call.

The activation of the fixed number is offered for free by ONE. The headset is available upon activation of the fixed number, and costs 1,000 ALL.
