Barna Levente Kutvolgyi

With over thirty years of international experience in telecommunications and ICT across Europe, the United States, and Africa, Mr. Kutvolgyi has led teams in several countries and overseen projects that have transformed the way companies connect with their customers.
Previously, Mr. Barna held the position of Group Director of Operations, overseeing and leading international teams with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
In his roles as Chief Executive Officer in several companies, he successfully expanded global presence in the fields of IoT, managed services, and digital advertising, achieving record revenue levels and important certifications.
Earlier, he served as Group Marketing Director at Vodafone Turkey, where he led the brand launch and achieved double-digit growth in both market share and revenue.
Known for strategic transformation, digital innovation, and the ability to build strong cross-border teams, Mr. Kutvolgyi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of One Albania as of October 2025.
