1 Service activation

Either you are Business Customers, make sure to activate you service prior to travaveling abroad.

Are you a Business Customer?

Contact your Business Agent or visit any One Store to activate your Roaming service before departing

Are you individual prepaid or postpaid customer?

Roaming service is automatically activated for prepaid and postpaid numbers.

For individual contract numbers, the Roaming service can be activated at any One store or by calling Customer Care at 142.

2 Package Activation

How to benefit in 3 simple teps

Activate a roaming package (4-day or 10-day) via the My One App

Receive an SMS with the insurance offer, and read the Terms and Conditions.

Reply with “YES” via SMS to confirm and activate the insurance.

What is Insurance with roaming packs?

Insurance with Roaming packs is an individual of family insurance, which is profited by purchasing one of roaming packs, which include this benefit.

How can I profit it?

To profit the insurance, one of the packages that include the insurance should be activated through My One app or at any One Albania Shop. After Roaming 4 Days pack which includes the individual insurance or Roaming 10 days pack which includes family insurance is activated you should reply with PO to the SMS sent after the activation and which informs you of terms & conditions and confirms personal data transfer to SIGAL to create the insurance. After the SMS is sent SIGAL will create the insurance.

Which are the benefits of Roaming insurance?

With the individual insurance you profit your health insurance during your stay abroad in the countries where this is offered by SIGAL. With the family insurance you profit your own and your family health insurance during your stay abroad in the countries where this is offered by SIGAL. The maximum number of family members who profit by this insurance is 4 people. House insurance against the fire is offered with the family insurance as well. The covered insurance is up to 10,000 Euro for all the events occurring during the insurance. The insurance is valid for 15 days after the confirmation via SMS of terms & conditions and personal data transfer.

What should I do if I have an emergency abroad?

Which is the amount covered by the insurance?

Covered health insurance amount (in Euro)

Up to 200 Euro 100%

201 - 1,000 Euro 90%

1,001 - 2,000 Euro 80%

Over 2,001 Euro 70%

What can I do if the insured house is not owned by me?

The house which has fire insurance in the case of the family insurance should be owned by the same individual who has activated the roaming pack. The customer should have the phone number as well as the house in their ownership. In the case he is living in a rented house, the rent agreement should be provided.

Is there an age limitation?

The insurance is offered for the individuals up to 69 years old. The individuals over this age do not benefit from it.
