Tirana, Albania – March 14th - Two most prominent telecommunications companies of Albania joined their forces in a historic fusion to finally become ONE – celebrating the new brand and Summer Day Festival today by the first drone show ever in the Balkans region.

On January 1-st of this year we started a new thrilling journey as One Albania.
Now, I am proud to share with you our new brand identity – a new tagline, logo and
purpose statement - that reflects our extra efforts to exceed what you expects from us.

The biggest telecommunications company in Albania has announced its solidarity with the difficult situation that Turkey, Syria and Lebanon are going through, after the devastating earthquakes.

• Antenna Hungária Zrt., a subsidiary of 4iG Nyrt., Corvinus International Investment Zrt. (‘Corvinus’) representing the Hungarian State and Vodafone Europe BV have today signed the binding sale and purchase agreement of 100% shares in Vodafone Magyarország Zrt. (‘Vodafone Hungary’ or ‘the Target’).
• The financial closing of the transaction is expected on 31 January with 4iG Nyrt.

ONE Albania SHA, the new integrated company was successfully registered by 1st of January, becoming one of the most important players with its networks and services in the Albanian market

During this holiday atmosphere, we combined colors and gave joy to children and families in economic difficulties, in Tirana and Shkodër.

December is a festive month, but it can also be considered a month of solidarity and giving. Not everyone has the opportunity to have full tables, or to entertain their children with toys and gifts. Therefore, we, as staff and as a company, got together and offered donations to the Association "Arsis - Initiative for Social Change" in Tirana and the Community Center "Ngjyrat", in Shkodër.
